 It is the student's responsibility to use his/her official Letter of Acceptance to obtain the appropriate visa at the Korean Embassy or Consular office.
Since the duration of ISC is six weeks, a 90-day students' visa (C-3) is ideal. If you are staying beyond the 90-day period, you must apply for Residence Permission at the Seoul Immigration Office (Tel: +82-2-732-6214) within 90 days of your arrival in Korea. Remember to take your passport and other additional documents to immigration for alien registration. Obtaining a visa can be time-consuming and we encourage all students to prepare in advance and apply early.
