Important Reminder for Housing & Instagram Event |

Dear KU ISC students,
We hope you have spent pleasant days at Korea University. Since it’s almost time to wrap up the 6-week program, there are a few final points you should know:
1. Check-out: Residence Halls
- Check-out date: by August 7 (Sun) 12:00pm
- Check-out time: 6am - 11:59pm
*YOU WON’T BE ALLOWED TO CHECK OUT EXCEPT A PERIOD OF TIME ABOVE.
- For all the residents, please make sure to clean up your room. Remove all trash to avoid any cleaning charge of 25,000 KRW. Failure to return bedding and key will result a charge of each 20,000 KRW and 30,000 KRW.
- There is no free airport shuttle or pick-up service available during the check-out dates.
1) CJ and Global House
- You must report to the RA and get a room inspection a day before you leave (6pm-12am).
- On the date of depart, please check the room condition and return the bedding and key to the front desk.
2) Anam House
- On the date of depart, please check the room condition and return key to the front desk. Keep the bedding in your room.
3) Frontier House
- You must report to the front desk for any damage that have occurred since you lived in the room.
- On the date of depart, please check the room condition and return key, air conditioner remote control and bedding to the front desk.
2. Instagram Event
- Either the participants will be in 4 weeks or 6 weeks program, at the end, the winners are whoever on the “TOP POSTS” group at 00:00am, August 4, 2016.
- The winners will be awarded on the day of graduation ceremony.
