Welcome to Korea University On-campus Housing
Dear KU ISC students,
We are happy to welcome you to Korea University. This is a gentle reminder about the on-campus housing assignment. Many thanks for your patience. Please be advised for the following move-in procedures.
1. Room Assignment
Please find the attached file ‘Room Assignment for CJ, Global’ or ‘Room Assignment for Frontier’ in your email. You can check your roommates and your room number in these files. While your placement has been guaranteed at our on-campus housing, due to space limitations and late payments, we hope you understand that some of you may not be placed according to your first preference.
* If you are assigned to a different room type, any surplus from housing fees will be respectively refunded to you.
* You can check a detailed overview about the KU housing in the attached file ‘Accommodation’.
2. Move-in/ Move-out
Move-in Time : June 25-26, 2016 (8AM ~ 10PM)
Move-out Time : July 23-24, 2016 – 4-week
August 6-7, 2016 – 6-week
Please make every effort to arrive between hours listed above. However, the check-in is available for 24 hours, if you arrive between 10pm and 8am, please report to a safety officer at each residence hall lobby. Proceed directly to your assigned residence hall lobby for check-in.
* Mandatory information you should know for check-in : 1) Passport, 2) ISC student number
3. General Regulations
• Residents are fully responsible for his/her belongings.
• You cannot change rooms between residents without the approval from the office.
• You cannot let any non-residents in or sleep to/in the house.
• You cannot smoke in the whole building.
• Visitors of the same gender ONLY are permitted in the residents' rooms and their floors.
• You will only be allowed to check out if your room is clean; you may be charged a cleaning fee of KRW 50,000. If you do not fulfill this duty, we will not issue your transcript.
